Let’s say you find a $200,000 house that is the perfect layout. Great backyard, pretty much everything you want in a new house, it just needs some work to make it  your Home. BUT, you don’t have the cash sitting around to put into a renovation project. This is where we come in.

Let’s say you get pre-approved for $275,000. The house is $200,000, meaning you have up to $75,000 for a Renovation Project. We bring in our team to build your project and your house will be appraised on the finished work based on the information we provide the under writer. You get the house you want, and we turn it into the Home you dreamed of.

    2. Get Pre-Approved: Need a Broker that works with 203K Loans? Just ask.
    3. Work with our Project Coordinator and Designer to build your Dream.
